We work hard at accuracy and cite sources, but conditions, rules, hours, and businesses change. Always confirm safety-critical information, especially beach flag status, with the South Walton Fire District, and confirm details directly with any business or rental operator before you rely on them.

We are an independent, unofficial guide with no affiliation to the community's developer, Rosemary Beach Holdings, LLC, the property owners association, or any official entity. Rosemary Beach is a registered trademark of Rosemary Beach Holdings, LLC; we use the name only to describe the place.
